تعليمات حذف البيانات — Data Deletion Instructions

عربي: إذا رغبت في حذف بياناتك من منصة «علامة»، اتبع إحدى الطريقتين:

1. من داخل المنصة: سجّل الدخول ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف حسابك ومحتواك وجميع رموز الوصول لحسابات التواصل المرتبطة خلال 30 يوماً.
2. عبر البريد: أرسل رسالة من بريدك المسجّل إلى info@alaamah.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات». نؤكد استلام الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل وننفّذه خلال 30 يوماً.

لفصل حساب تواصل اجتماعي فقط دون حذف حسابك: من داخل المنصة ← حسابات التواصل ← فصل. يُحذف رمز الوصول فوراً. ويمكنك أيضاً إزالة الصلاحية من إعدادات التطبيقات في المنصة الاجتماعية نفسها.

English: To delete your data from alaamah, either:

1. In-platform: Log in → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account, content, and all stored social access tokens within 30 days.
2. By email: Send a request from your registered email to info@alaamah.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We acknowledge within 3 business days and complete within 30 days.

To disconnect a social account only, without deleting your account: in-platform → Social Accounts → Disconnect. The access token is deleted immediately. You may also revoke access from the social platform's own app settings.

Records we are legally required to retain (such as financial records) are kept for the statutory period and then deleted.
